    Q. Do I need spa experience to own a Sabai Thai Spa Location?

    No prior spa experience is required! We seek driven individuals with a background in sales or management who can lead and train staff, handle financial management, make marketing decisions, and represent their franchise.

    Q. How much Money can I make by owning a Sabai Thai Spa? How long does it take to break even?

    Under Canadian franchise laws, we are required to provide specific information in a detailed format as part of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Your development representative will provide you with this document. We include financial performance information, such as gross sales averages and average costs for our spa locations across the country. You will also have the opportunity to speak directly with us about our existing operations during calls to discuss average unit economics.

    Q. What initial training is provided as part of the franchise program?

    Franchisees of Sabai Thai Spa, operations manager and lead service provider will take part in a comprehensive 5-day in-class training program about 4 to 8 weeks before their spa opens. As part of the training program, franchisees will receive hands-on experience at an operational spa, learning daily tasks like opening, closing, and other key functions. Leading up to your opening, our Trainer will be on-site at your location to assist with setup and train your staff on the POS system, as well as on selling memberships, gift cards, and products.

    Your Sabai Thai Spa location will be chosen based on a combination of factors. Territory preference and availability, market demand, demographics, and accessibility play a role in site selection. Our team will help you secure a prime location to maximize your success.
    Q. How much money do I need to open a Sabai Thai Spa Franchise?
    A credit score of 725, a minimum of $250,000 in liquid assets (cash and marketable securities), and a net worth of at least $1,000,000 would be important to ensure you can secure the financing needed to proceed. This amount may increase if construction costs are unusually high in certain regions or if a candidate plans to purchase multiple franchise licenses.

    Q. What is the term of the agreement?

    The initial term of your agreement is 10 years, with two subsequent renewal terms of successor agreement options of 5 years each.
